Returns & Refunds Policy
At Heroskie Custom Merchandise, we prioritise your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, here’s what you need to know about returning items:
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customised or personalised items (e.g., with custom names, logos, or designs) are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or declined.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
Exchanges are only available for faulty or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days to arrange an exchange.
For eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
